Added New- Site - go to seasonalchef It's that time of year when you are trying to use all the produce of the season and are running out of ideas for recipes and/or preserving the stuff you grew or bought. This is always my problem. I try and hold onto the herbs i have grown, the heirloom tomatoes i have bought, and the peaches i am eating. this will probably be my last week for finding farmer market peaches and i have decided to freeze some for a peach pie for thanksgiving. This site gives information on preserving the peaches for such a purpose. They have several options on how to freeze them and thaw them depending on my needs.
